Diversified Community Connections is an Outpatient Behavioral Health Service in Eastern North Carolina.  Our mission is to promote mental health, physical health and social health for individuals and families. Diversified Community Connections’ vision is to utilize a system of care, which emphasis trust, respect, compassion and promote a safe, nurturing, nonrestrictive environment while working collaboratively with individuals and their families.

Our services are provided by licensed professional such as:

·         Licensed psychologist (doctorate level)

·         Licensed psychological associates (LPA)

·         Licensed professional counselors (LPC)

·         Licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT)

·         Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)

Therapeutic Relationship and interventions are outlined in a service plan in any one of the following:

A.      Mental health therapy

B.      Medication administration and monitoring

C.      Behavioral counseling

D.       Education about mental health and/or substance abuse issues

E.       Counseling for substance abuse issues and with referrals for other substance abuse services as requested.
